Abount humann3 utility_mapping database

Humann2 has map_metacyc-pwy_name.txt.gz and map_metacyc-rxn_name.txt.gz file.

But, Humann3 doesn’t have.
(I downloaded http://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/humann2_data/full_mapping_1_1.tar.gz )

Why?

Thanks for pointing this out. We will re-add these for the next release (which will also contain an update to the MetaCyc reactions and pathways). If you’re using HUMAnN 3.alpha you can use pathway and reaction name maps from HUMAnN 2 (since they aren’t changed).
