Hello, I am just wondering how many stool samples from IBDMDB have 16S data available? I have downloaded the metadata file and have thus far only been able to locate the raw files for a subset of the samples (58 samples in the HMP2 pilot). According to the metadata however, there were 178 samples for the stool 16S. Greatly appreciate your help on this!

Thanks for your response. Just to confirm, are these the samples from patient stool samples or biopsies? According to the metadata downloaded from
https://ibdmdb.org/tunnel/products/HMP2/Metadata/hmp2_metadata.csv, the sample names at the page you have linked correspond to the 16S data from biopsy samples.
