Spike-in mode of MaAsLin3

Hi all,

I was very impressed by Nickol’s talk at HCMPH and would like to apply MaAsLin3 to my projects.
I followed the guide on github to install the package in my R environment and ran tests with demo data & code.

Everything worked well.
Now I also want to try the spike-in mode, but I can’t find the input information.
Can anyone tell me what data I can put as parameter “unsclaed_abundance” to test spike-in mode for demo data?
