Undergrad molecular biology student and bachelor in Economics. Craft beer manager for the last 10 years at local bar and brewery. Self-taught german speaker. Intern bioinformatician in a microbial ecology lab. Introduced myself to metagenomics, bash scripting, and python, and getting the hang of it. I’ll be using, modifying and eventually creating my analysis pipelines. Helping my lab colleagues choose tools that are suited to their objectives and sample types by reviewing the literature for various benchmarks of the multiple tools. Naturally, some BioBakery tools come up, so here I am !
