What is the full name of “ChocoPhlAn”?
It is really hard to get the answer from google
I will move this question to the MetaPhlAn page in case one of the moderators there remembers. It doesn’t have a common expansion like most of our other acronyms, although I think I saw one once involving “core genes”?
