How do I update the location of the humann3 databases? Without re-downloading them?

Where is the config for the database locations stored?

Why I am asking: I have a humann3 installation that insists on re-downloading databases every time I run it

Hello, You can update the default database locations with the tool `humann_config`. For more information see the user manual: [HUMAnN User Manual Config section](https://github.com/biobakery/humann#configuration). This tool will also allow you to check your current configuration settings. Alternatively you can specify the locations of the databases when you run HUMAnN using the options `--protein-database <db>` and `--nucleotide-database <db>`.

Thank you,
Lauren
