Hi there,

We have recently updated our Humann version to 3.5 on our conda environment in our cluster. Unfortunately, although it works smoothly for the person that performed the installation, I keep on getting the following error message:

 ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex027/uploads/biobakery/original/2X/d/df6e00642825a68925676669f111fd30f421fbe0.png)
I would highly appreciate it if you could direct me to where this problem might arise from? Is there a specific file you believe I should inspect?
I have also ensured that I have adequate permissions to the humann-3.5 folder (r/w/x).

Any insight you could provide will be much appreciated!

Thanks!
