# There no lefse\_run.py in conda

I just installed the lefse via conda, others py.files already in conda envs, but no lefse\_run.py

Hmm, I’m not sure what might cause that error. I recommend using the latest version, available here: [lefse · PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/lefse/)  
Give that a try and let me know if you’re still seeing errors. Apologies for the late response.
