Hi there, I’m writing to try to understand the sourcecode of SGB2GTDB. The latest GTDB database has been updated to version 232, and multiple MAGs-focused metagenomics tools were also updating theirs to v232. I was thinking is there a possibility to get SGB2GTDB v232 too.
It would be great to include this tool in metaphlan utils, whenever new gtdb version comes out, the user could build it directly.
