Hi Community!!!
I am running MetaPhlan2 (v2.96.1). I actually did not notice that Ubuntu automatically suspends after 20 minutes. I analysed my data with the software which ran shown to ran for 15 hours. But in between it might be suspended for sometime which I really did not notice.
Do you think this may lead to descrepency from original result?
