I saw an article from “nature comunication” said that relative abundance multiplied by total sequencing counts equals raw counts ?

Is this right？

Predicted read counts can be also retrieved by running the analysis with `-t rel_ab_w_read_stats`

thx for @fbeghini help,
I noticed that this paper then use the read counts for humann, I find my metaphlan & humann results were both abundance files. If I want the readcount humann results, should I use the readcounts metaphlan feed to humann or any other method can transfer humann abundance files to readcount

thx!
