Hi Biobakery folks! How can I get the raw files for host transcriptomics data from the HMP2 project? On [ibdmdb.org](http://ibdmdb.org) only the counts tables are available.

Hello @Rotem ,

The host transcriptome data is available is the dbGAP with the authorized access as it is level 3 data.
