# Pathway abundance stratification

Hi,

I am using HUMAnN version 4.0.0a1 with MetaPhlAn version 4.1.1. I’ve noticed that in the output file, some pathways have values at the community level but do not have corresponding values at the taxa level. Could you please explain why this might be the case?
