# Modifying metaphlan2 options in workflows

Is there any way of modifying the metaphlan2 default options in biobakery workflows (something like “–strain-profiling-options”)?

Since I haven’t got a response here after two months, I will post it under “Infrastructure and utilities”. Sorry for the duplicate but there doesn’t seem to be any way of deleting or editing a post.
