hello,  
there is a problem about merged\_abundance\_table\_species.txt,your example is

The changes in the relative abundances are due to the fact that the examples reported in the tutorial were not computer with the latest version now available of MetaPhlAn

but ,I used MetaPhlAn version 2.7.5 to analysis.What version is used in the tutorial?

Version 2.5. In this case I would consider the output just a check to see how things works and if the installation was correct.

Thank you for your reply，I understand it，that’s is to say that my output is correct,the differentce is caused by the version. 😀
