Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible to use a different aligner’s SAM output with MetaPhlAn now. For example, in my group we would like to use some versions of aligners (like BWA) that can run on GPU, has anyone had luck with this? Can MetaPhlAn be scaled on GPU at all?
