So I have run my analysis with MetaPhlan 4 which uses this version mpa\_vOct22\_CHOCOPhlAnSGB\_202403\_species , now I want to compare my results with another study which was run with mpa\_v30\_CHOCOPhlAn\_201901\_species\_tree, which I know is based on NCBI texa. So I was just wondering if there is a SGB file for MetaPhlAn 3 so that I can match it with 4th version or a GCA annotation tree file for MetaPhlAn4 , because I know that they have the SGB IDs in place of the GCA ids as was the case with previous v30 file.

I have come across [Index of /databases/PhyloPhlAn](https://cmprod1.cibio.unitn.it/databases/PhyloPhlAn/) this where SGB.Jan21.txt.bz2 , which has both GCA and SGB annotations , but I am a bit hesitant in using it… it would be really helpful if somebody can shed some light in this problem.
