# Matching 16S and Host Transcriptome Data for Biopsy Location

Hello Biobakery team,

I wanted to look at associations betewen the host transcriptome data and 16S data from the same biopsy location and wanted to know which column in the metadata table would ensure they are correctly matched by biopsy location and participant?
