I’ve been using MaAsLin for microbiome analysis using OTU abundance, and I’m impressed with how neat and easy to use and interpret. Can we use it for Metabolome analysis as the microbiome where the concentration of the metabolite is like abundance?

Hi @Dave2020 - certainly you can and MaAsLin 2 is indeed designed for multiple omics and a version of MaAsLin 2 was also used in the original [iHMP paper](https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-019-1237-9) for all the data layers including metabolomics. Hope this helps!
