I am attempting to use the **“Format Data for LEfSe”** tool (Galaxy Version 1.0) for my analysis. However, I am facing issues getting it to work properly. I even tried running the tool with the example dataset provided, such as `hmp_aerobiosis_small` , but it still doesn’t function as expected. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

I’m also having the same issues, including formatting the example dataset. I would like to add that I was able to format the input of my data using command line but I couldn’t run LDA so that’s why I wanted to use galaxy but I wasn’t even able to perform step **A) Format Data for LEfSe** in galaxy
