# LDA score cutoff changes slightly the LDA scores

Hi!  
I am using LEfSe analyses locally. On the same input dataset, if I set different cutoffs for the LDA score, e.g. 2 and 3, I get 2 slightly different outputs (LDA score column). Is there any explanation for this? Thanks

Hi !

I also have the same problem, where the scores are not exactly the same depending on the desired level of significance (LDA score of 2 or 3).

Does anyone have an explanation?
