# LDA Effect Size Error

I keep getting this error and I am an not sure what is wrong with my samples when doing lda effect size  
Number of significantly discriminative features: 21 ( 40 ) before internal wilcoxon

Apologies for the late reply, it looks like this post was originally categorized incorrectly. From what you sent, it looks like you’re not getting an error message, just the output message telling you how many significantly different microbial features you have among the metadata categories.
