# Italicize labels in hclust2.py

Is there a way to italicize the labels on the taxonomic profile heatmap using hclust2.py?

Hello again,

I’m wondering if anyone knows how to italicize the Metaphlan taxonomic profile (e.g species names on the y-axis) on the heatmap using hclust2?

Unfortunatelly, at the moment, this option is not avaiblable
