# Issue with downloading the biobakery databases

I’ve been having a problem for the last 2 weeks trying to download the wgmx tools and databases. I have downloaded them previously without a problem, but for the last 2 weeks it seems like there is a cluster outage or some problem with the Harvard Servers? Is this a problem other people are having ? or does anyone have a work around ?

From the GitHub, here are the current databases for humann

These links work for me! Can you post the commands or links that did not work for you?

Ah I see that this URL  
`https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/humann_data/chocophlan/`  
resolves to this URL`https://g-227ca.190ebd.75bc.data.globus.org/humann_data/chocophlan/`  
which shows nothing…

Same with this link  
`https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/humann_data/`  
redirects to  
`https://g-227ca.190ebd.75bc.data.globus.org/humann_data/`  
whis is also blank.

I can still download the files with I use their full path!  
This works: `https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/humann_data/full_mapping_v4_alpha.tar.gz`
