# Issue with Data Download from IBDMDB

Dear Support Team,  
I am experiencing difficulties downloading data from the IBDMDB website, specifically from the page: [Results](https://ibdmdb.org/downloads/html/rawfiles_MGX_2017-08-12.html) .  
The download consistently fails with an “ERR\_CONNECTION\_TIMED\_OUT” error. This issue has occurred with multiple files on the page.  
Could you please look into this issue?
