# Is acetate a predicted metabolite for Melonpann?

Hello I am running melonpann and was expected to observe acetate as one of the predicted metabolites, but it was not.

Is there a list of metabolites that melonpann predicts? Just wanted to confirm if that was outside the scope of the tool, or if it is absent from the dataset.
