Hello, I am having issues installing MetaPhlAn.on on my windows device. I am using a Unix Linux command-line interface, will it be compatible with using melphalan ? any instructions would greatly help. thank you
I cannot guarantee that MetaPhlAn will run under Windows since we never tested. Probably if you try it in WSL it will work.
