# Global tree options annotating legend instead of tree nodes

Hello,

I’ve set up my annotation file to note the color, shape and size of the nodes, but the parameters are annotating the tree legend instead of the tree itself. Input files (tree, annotation file) and output tree are attached. Thanks!
