# Failled Data upload

Hi there,

I am trying to upload a .txt file for Lefse analysis on the Galaxy / Hutlab server ([https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy/](https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy/)), but keep getting this error. I am pretty sure my file is available. Thank you in advance for your help!

Thank you for reaching out to biobakery lab and pointing out the issue. We are looking into file upload issue in [https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy](https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy).

Please feel free to try out version 2.0 Galaxy [http://galaxy.biobakery.org/](http://galaxy.biobakery.org/) in the mean time till the issue is resolved. Also, please note that [https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy](https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy) will be **deprecated** after **June 1st 2023**.

I noticed the public message about the new version and tried it, it is amazing!!!

Which data type should I choose to upload a "lefse-internal-res’ file in version 2? I used to choose ‘lefse-internal-res’ in the old version, but seems this option is not available in v.2

Hello @jing_liu ,

Thank you for letting us know about lefse datatype issue in the new version. We will get it fixed.

Also, in the side note, the 500 error upload issue has been resolved in legacy [Galaxy](https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy). Please let me know if any other issues.
