I have trying to reproduce the analyses as done in “Multi-omics of the gut microbial ecosystem in inflammatory bowel diseases” following the code as deposited at the following repo.

config\_env.r file has following as the data source:

_# Paths used by many analyses_

_HMP2\_root \<- “/path/to/Dropbox (Huttenhower Lab)/HMP2”_

_HMP2\_data \<- file.path(HMP2\_root, “data”)_

_if (!dir.exists(HMP2\_root)) {_

_stop(“Fill in HMP2\_root in env\_config.r to use the HMP2 scripts!”)_

_}_

Is it possible to provide those data used as an input in the hmp2\_analysis? or direct me to the data link via dropbox link?
