Metaphlan3 was fine when I was running it alone, but when I was using humann3, an error was found:
CRITICAL ERROR: The directory provided for ChocoPhlAn contains files ( mpa_latest ) that are not of the expected version. Please install the latest version of the database: 201901
However, my Chocophlan is the latest version as mpa_v30_CHOCOPhlAn_201901 and all database also are the latest version.
It seems that because my Chocophlan folder was mixed with mpa database, run successfully after deleting mpa database in Chocophlan folder.
