# BIOM output file from merged profile table

Hi community!!!  
I have analysed shotgun metagenome data with MetaPhlAn 3.0. I have around 60 samples for which 60 `.biom` files and 60 `profile.txt` files have been generated. I also have merged all the profile outputs into a single `merged.txt` file.  
Can anyone please tell me how can I make a .biom file from this merged.txt file ? Or, How can I merge all the .biom output files into a single file?
