# Biobakery3 vis issue with images

Dear all,

I am new to this forum and I would greatly appreciate your advice:

I ran the vis function of biobakery3:

biobakery\_workflows vis --input biobakery\_completed\_analysis --output Danyvid\_vis --project-name Danyvid

And I encountered this error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ‘/panfs/accrepfs.vampire/home/zhuw9/.local/lib/python3.8/site-packages/biobakery\_workflows/…/images’  
my.error (END)

I tried to fix it using the “ln” trick mentioned here: [Cannot get biobakery\_workflows vis to run](https://forum.biobakery.org/t/cannot-get-biobakery-workflows-vis-to-run/4338) but I am not sure how to locate the directory of “images” as I installed it using Pip.

Any advice would be greatly appreciate it!
