# Biobakery\_workflow wmgx\_vis not generating several plot (using toyset)

I am currently using an example data that is illustrated here: [Installing the workflows with pip · biobakery/biobakery\_workflows Wiki · GitHub](https://github.com/biobakery/biobakery_workflows/wiki/Installing-the-workflows-with-pip)

and run biobakery\_workflow wmgx\_vis.  
However, the result pdf file does not have several plots: PcoA, Heatmaps, Pathway and ECs Abundance plots ([link to my pdf file](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-G0Tt9-Lw98GnobJmcpHVMIZSc-VBjRF/view?usp=drive_link)).

Why is this happening? There was no error messages during the process besides  
`Exception: Invalid shape (0,) for image data Error messages will be included in output document `
